Co-founding director who has over 35 years of experience in both local government and the private practice. With formal qualifications in Building Surveying and Building Project Management, Philip heads up the team in the Melbourne Office where he has been involved in a diverse range of projects from high rise residential developments to the largest of industrial projects.
Philip’s invaluable experience coupled with a people driven approach has seen him engage with key stakeholders for a diverse range of projects to deliver cost effective and design appropriate solutions.

Established the Queensland division of BSP in 1998 and with an exemplary work ethic, Stuart has been involved in many large and complex projects.
Stuart has over 30 years of experience as a Building Certifier at senior level in both local government and the private sector allowing him to offer experience & expertise in building code advice and certification across all classes of building projects. Stuart’s best skills are effective communication, strategic thinking which enable him to provide clients with effective design solutions on any project. With an ability to work within diverse project teams, Stuart delivers clients with a building of the highest quality of outcomes.
